Under the new rules is it possible for She HulK (Veteran - Avenger - Charge) to be taxied & then use her free move & charge someone? Does this violate the NAAT rule? I think Sabretooth Vet & Flash Vet have the same Charge - Free Move combo.

The Avengers Team ability allows for a free movement action. The term free action is what it has been shortened to and is thusly causeing some confusion. Bottom line is the only things you can do after being taxied are using outwit perplex and probability control.

Adding to what BudPalmer said, charge is not a move action it is a power action. So using charge will always use one of your allocated actions.

Only in some older FAQ entries was "free" used to describe these team abilities, and all those pre-dated any Indy developments. Outside of those FAQ entries, which will not be a factor under the new rules, there is nothing relating "free" to Avengers and company.

Since there is already confusion coming from the fact that some assume the Avengers ability grants a free action, keeping those ideas as far apart as we can could go a long way towards helping people adjust to the new rules.
