No. Under the current rule system you taxi while using the run and shoot option of HSS.

This is a good point. Under the new rules, this may indeed be allowed since the carried figure can't act after being taxied. Everything in the FAQ for the old rules is suspect and no longer valid until it is restated for the new rules. Currently in the new rules there is nothing preventing a figure with HSS from carrying another figure when they attack as part of a HSS move.

Under the old rules, there is no specific rule against HSS and Taxi, only if you attack while using HSS.

Under the new rules, it may be ok.

Boo!!! I thought and have played that you can't taxi while using it in any way. Truthfully it makes sense that you can't. Most people wouldn't be able to handle moving at hypersonic speed. Has this been ruled on by the almighty Dr. Gandolff?

For some reason, I don't think disallowing Taxi+HSS attack has changed under the new rules.

There is nothing specific in any rule set to disallow it (aside from an FAQ entry)

I asked this same question over on the Wizkids forum and the Official word from Dr. Gandalf is no taxi with HSS Option 1 (move-attack-move) in the new rules.

This clarification is carried over from the current rules in the September FAQ
