Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this. I was wondering about Trap Monsters (e.g. Avatar of Apophis, Dead Dragon Zoma), can some one answer the following questions:
1-Does a Trap Monster (e.g. Dead Dragon Zoma) occupy both a Spell/Trap Zone and a Monster Zone?
2-When Jinzo comes into play, what will happen to Trap Monsters?
3-Suppose a Trap Monster is flipped face-down, what will happen to it?
trap monster cards count as tokens and therefore do not go facedown ; nothuing happens when jizo comes into play; and it only occupies a monster space unless the trap card specifacly tells you to keep it on the field

Thank you.
Trap Monster's ARE NOT token's. They are trap cards that turn into monster cards while still retaining the fact that it IS a trap card, so m/t removal can destroy them as well as monster remova.
1. yes they do since they are BOTH types of cards
2. They will "disappear" and sit there as "blank" cards, like Call of the Haunted, but WILL NOT be counted as monster's while Jinzo is out, so if you only have, for example, Avatar of Apophis on the field and Jinzo is summoned, the opponent can attack directly with Jinzo.
3. If it's flipped face down, I suppose it will be face down in the m/t zone and you will have to activate it again when you have the chance.
These are questions for the OCG forums and not the TCG forums since they are japanese cards and not english yet.
