In my horus deck I am trying to run 3 lv.4, 2 lv.6, and 2 lv.8.
when I told my brother he told me lv. 8 is limited to 1 now is that true?

I don't see Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 on any list there, do you?

normally the list only gives broken/over powerd cards.....while horus is EXELLENT...is is nigh BROKEN and too hard to it the field....so even though is NOT limited.....it never will be......not the easiest card to hit the field!!!!!!!!!!!

I think u can get horus lv. 8 out quickly. When i run horus i use:
lv. 4
lv. 6 (3)
lv. 8 (2)
then support cards:
cost down
level up
? that one card that brings lv. cards from graveyard into your deck?
