My mixed team has a Saturn Girl and an X-Men member.

My opponents team has a wild card costing more than 100 points (let's say E Annihilus).

If Saturn Girl successfully mindcontrols Annihilus, when does she take the click of damage?

I am wondering if the following scenario is correct. I am assuming Saturn Girl is basing Annihilus and she has, before the mind control attempt, no damage (and I am still using the old rules, even if I believe it makes no difference).

1) Saturn Girl declares she is copying the X-Men ability;

2) Saturn Girl successfully mindcontrols Annihilus;

3) Saturn Girl takes one click of damage;

4) Annihilus is now part of my team;

5) Annihilus declares he is copying the X-Men ability;

6) Annihilus gives one click of healing to Saturn Girl;

7) End of the mindcontrol action.

Is this legal, or would Saturn Girl take the click of damage for mindcontrolling a figure over 100 points after Annihilus has performed his action? In the latter case, if Saturn Girl has no damage before the mind control attack, Annihilus could not give Saturn Girl a click of healing because she still has nothing to be healed.
