a little question about this cards. if you activates anyone of this in tne main phase of the opponent (for example in chain to a heavy storm) to put a enemy monster in defense, this monster can be turned face up in the same turn?

The monster's position may be changed as long as it hasn't been changed already.

A monster's position can only be changed once during a turn, unless an effect changes it. (flip face down again, book of moon...)

When you turn the enemy's monster in defense, your opponent cannot change the position in the same turn.

If you have your monster's battle position changed by a card effect before you perform a manual position change, then you cannot change the monster's battle position manually, but you can still use another effect to change it back if you want.

Example:

I use Call of the Haunted in my opponent's end phase to get back Des Lacooda. On my turn, I flip him with his effect. Since I already used his effect to change his battle position, I can't flip him face-up in the same turn.

Example 2:

I have a Royal Keeper that has been set for one turn, and is still facedown come my turn. I manually flip it up, make an attack, and if Keeper survives, I can use his own effect to flip him facedown, regardless of my manual position change.

However...

If a monster is in faceup def, and is flipped face down, you may flip it into face up attack (provided it hadn't changed positions earlier in the turn), because Face Up Def->Face down def isn't considered a position change (or so my judge says :) )

Agreed. Face-up defense to face-down defense is not a position change.
