u r8 i r8 Horus Deck Version 3.0

Yep, I've been running Horus since it was released. I've taken many cards out, and put many cards in. Please Rate/Fix

High Level Monsters:
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 x2
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 x3
Jinzo

Level 4 and lower:
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 x3
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Morphing Jar
Cyber Jar
Luster Dragon x2
Element Dragon (want to take out but not sure for what yet)
Spear Dragon
Mirage Dragon x2

Magic/Spell:
Graceful Charity
Premature Burial
Mystical Space Typhoon
Monster Reincarnation
Stamping Destruction x2
Creature Swap (see element dragon)
Scapegoat (probably take out for Royal Decree when I get another)
Snatch Steal
Level Up! x2
Swords of Revealing Light
Heavy Storm
Pot of Greed
My Body as a Shield x2 (no way am I taking this out)

Traps:
Torrential Tribute
Burst Breath (just testin this, works well against warroir decks)
Magic Cylinder
Call of the Haunted
Royal Decree

Thanks for the help. For those of you that say I should take "My Body as a Shield" out, it works too well in protecting Horus LV8 from those annoying Cyber Jars, Tribe, Exiled Force, etc.

u definitely got trap control:heavy storm, MST, 2 mirage, royal decree,2 stamping destruction. and horus is magic control. and u need some mon. control so:
-2 lv. 4
-burst breath
-jinzo
-cyber
-element
-creature swap
+ luster dragon
+2 noblemen of xout
+ cost down
+spear dragon
+exiled force
+bottomless trap hole
Those (-) will bring ur deck down A LOT! Like i said before, u got everything under control... and i like the my body shield card.

I agree with mist of the fixes thusfar, but try to keep as many Dragons in as possible. I like to see a theme deck that sticks to its theme this closely win.

If you do keep the Mons mostly Dragon, you might want to sidedeck a Spirit Ryu or two. Those guys can grow up HUGE. And they're purely evil fun.

You should update as well so we can see the updated deck.

ok personally I would remove this from your deck.

horus lv8
horus lv 6
jinzo
cyber jar
element dragon
scapegoat
burst breath

add in

ddwl
dda x2
exiled force
tribe
ojama trio x2

ok basically extra removal for this deck. running purely themed decks is just asking for tribe to tear you down. yes you have my body as a shield but it also doesnt work against cyber jar when you attack cyber jar because you can not activate it in the damage step when cyber jars effect takes place. ojama trio will help in leveling up your monsters faster.
when you get another royal decree you will need to redo your trap cards. do not have to many. also remove cylinders for mirror wall works better with horus.

If you want to take out Element Dragon then replace with Chiron. It'll let you use Level Up and My body the Shield for other things.

DD Assailant is a 1700atk 4 star effect monster. Its effect is mandatory - when it battles with another card you remove both DDA and the other card from play.
Thats just from memory cos i dont run one but i think thats accurate.

If you want to stick to the theme of the deck then you really don't need to change anything. BUT if you are taking this deck to any Tournaments (Regionals, Shonen Jump), then:
- Element Dragon
+ Sinister Serpent
- Spear Dragon
+ D.D. Warrior Lady
- 1 Cyber Jar
+ D.D. Assailant
Pure "theme type" decks are fun to play, but won't get the job done at the competivie level.

I've played against a VERY well constructed Horus deck at the Anahiem Regionals last week and it even got me interested in making one too. I'm a bit of a nOOb (since I quit yugioh 2 weeks after IOC was released and sold ALL MY CARDS), but Horus ROCKS!!!! It's better than the other Lv. monsters.

Rate my decks plz and don't forget to tell your friends
