This is my first attempt at a Meta deck. please r/f.

Fusilier, the Dual mode beast x2 - used for any lv 7 fusion
Armed Lv7 - thinking about taking him out though since i have fusilier
Armed Lv 5 x2 - for any lv 5 fusion but a bit slower than DD dragon.
DD Dragon x2 - quickest lv 5 fusion meta monster

Umm.. not critiquing but this deck kinda sucks. If you want a solid Metamorphosis deck.. i would use this monster build:

1- BLS-Envoy

3- Fusiler Dragon

2- Airknight Parshath / Silent Swordsman LV5
1- Jinzo

3- Magician of Faith
2- Apprentice Magician
1- Sinister Serpent
1- Breaker
1- Tribe
1- Sangan

This Spell line-up:

3- Metamorph.
3- Scapegoat
2- Controllers
7- Staples: Pot, Charity, Vortex, Snatch, Storm, MST, Premature
2- Book of Moon

1- Ring
1- Mirror
1- Call
2- Sak Armor
2- Threatening Roar: Way > than Wab.

even if i did have BLS beginning i would never play that piece of crap of a card, chaos is done get over it. i am sick and tired of people trying to build hybred chaos decks... people need to get over the fact that chaos is done whatever form it takes.

This deck really isn't all that bad.
First, take out the Armed dragon family. it's good but your going for metamorph deck, not a level up. and take out the spear dragon.
so:
-2 Armed lv3
-2 Armed lv5
-1 Armed lv7
-1 Spear
now that we have so space, lets add stuff!!
First of all, Masked-->DD Dragon+Metamorph-->Balter = ingenious. so lets add 1 more dd dragon, and 1 more Masked. since metamorph is such an imortant part of the deck, lets add 2 more magicians of faith. not only can they give you another metamorph, but they can be morphed into a TER. Since fusilier is great for metamorph, add 1 more.
so:
+1 masked dragon
+1 dd Dragon
+2 Mage of Faith
+1 Fusilier
this brings your deck to an even 40

the m/t are solid, but i recommend taking out the waboku and one Sakuretsu Armor . then add in 2 scapegoats. these can help in a pinch, and be abused with your creature swaps and metamorph.
so:
-1 waboku
-1 Sakuretsu Armor
+2 scapegoat

ps: if you really want to have a 41 card deck, add in Princess of Tsurugi
im kidding of course (im a sucker for hot ladies that can accessorize ;) )
