Misprinted Goblin Attack Forces like that are common. Judging by your description, the Attribute symbol was accidentally replaced by a level star. It's an extremely common misprint, so don't worry about it being fake. I'm sure these misprints cost about the same (if not more so) than the normal GAFs.
