Alright, I've posted a couple other SSdecks, but no one responded, so let's try this one more time! Plz, along with ur fixes, leave a rating out of ten. I'll gladly rate your deck too, but you actually have to say something more than "Great deck, rate mine, here's the link: *link here*" No. It's just courtesy if you actually want someone to help you, you should try helping them first. well, here's the deck

Your build looks fine to me, although IMHO you are running too many monsters, and consequently your deck size is too big. 7/10 would be may rating. What I would suggest are these:
-1 SS LV7 (personally, I think this will become a Liability since you run 17 Magics)
-1 Shining angel
-2 Marauding Captains (dangerous now with Mirror Force)
-1 Magic Cylinder (You would prefer Field advantage over Life point advantage)
-1 Cyber Jar (not really a fan of the card, but it will be your personal preference)
-1 Warrior Returning Alive
-1 Creature Swap
Now for additions:
+1 Royal Decree (I know its difficult, but in a deck like this, I think its worth it
+1 Lightning Vortex
+1 Nobleman of Crossout (since your'e running 2x BoMs)
Firstly, it looks good as it stands I'd give it a 7.5/10. However as edgie said, you really do need to cut down the cards, this will improve the reliabilty significantly. I would choose Warrior Returning Alive over Luminous spark but only run one. Also (out of personal preference) I'd use Enemy Controllers over BoMs, flip your Magician of Faith and then destroy it to take your opponents [insert big monster here] for a turn. I'd didtch Cyber and at least one of the Marauding Captains, as well as a Lvl 7. If you can get one, a Royal Decree would give you a complete lock-down of your opponent.
So heres my fixes:
-1 Marauding Captain
- 2 Book of Moon
-1 Warrior returning Alive
-1 Cyber Jar
-1 Silent Swordsman lvl 7
+ Royal Decree
+ 2 Enemy Controller
That would improve the general reliabilty of the deck, hope it helps.

That brings the deck down to 41, and the mosnters down to 19. However, any of the adds you guys made I don't really lik.e Enemy Controller, though at the moment a good card in the Meta, to me, is dumb. With this deck, I prefer the nifty tricks with creature swap, for instance Sangan + Creature Swap, Shining Angel + Creature Swap, F/U ATK position MoF + Creature Swap, F/U ATK position Sinister Serpent + Creature Swap. Royal Decree, also seems rather over rated and over priced for it's actualy uses. The problem I have with Royal Decree is, it's too easy to get rid of. Think. Almost every competitive deck now runs at least a Heavy Storm, an MST, a Breaker, and a Jinzo, and sometimes some decks have even more. I'd prefer a Royal Decree with an ATK point count, like Jinzo, that if I summon at the right time could win me the game AS WELL AS negating a trap, instead of winning the game by negating a trap, but only after I've set it for a turn, in which time my oponent could draw a game changing card that would make Royal Decree a deadweight peice of bird poo on my side of the field.
In short, thanks for the comments. Anyone else want to r/f?
I like this build. But I think an Airknight would prove to be an Invaluable tool. Because of This, I say to X the Jinzo. since you will cut ur Magic, Creatures like TIV and breaker will come into play. Therefore, you will have no trap defense, allowing ur opponent to break said lock. At least with the proper tecj, you should bele to keep a good hand adavtenge and also utilize ur traps here.
