With the loss of Painful Choice, It will be hard to succesfully run an Exodia Necross deck. I would say to use Reincarnation. I would say to run Necross in an Gravekeeper deck to protect your pieces
You want stuff to put Necross and/or its Magic card back into your deck so stuff like
Hidden Book of Spell
Move Dead (Monster Reincarnation)
Death Gremlin (Des Feral Imp)
etc
can help in that department.
You'll also want ways to prevent monster effects so stuff like Wicked-Breaking Flamberge - Baou equipped to it could help a bit and other things to prevent it from being affected by magic and/or trap cards (it's only unable to be DESTROYED by magic and trap cards).

*slaps* NO!!! Necross + Gkeepers = NO!
They dont work, Ive tried it, it ended in disaster.
Believe it or not, last ban list, I made a necross deck that was 14-3. It wasnt that bad. Fiend comedian.... Think about it. If you call it wrong, you put pieces in the grave(the card says you get to choose which ones from your deck). If you get it right your opponent loses their GY. Whats so bad about that? If you want to protect your pieces, run 1 EOA (end of anubis) and 2 kycoo the ghost destoyers. and run 3 emissarys of the afterlife. they are good for getting the pieces. gl with your deck.

fiend comedian could be helpful, but..... worse case scenario: you only hit 1 or 2 peices, and OMG I'M GONNA DECK OUT! but it is probobly the only way, and it dousnt matter if you dont have grave keepers, just run necrovallys, no tribute AND it protects you're graveyard. ;)
Or just have a Kycoo face-up on the field....chances are greater of them attempting to remove a piece from the graveyard by removing it from play and without Raise Dead, the only other card that could get themselves a piece would be Autonomous Action Unit, unless the opponent happens to have a Spear Cretin or something.
