Major Maxim is the big, muscle-bound bad guy that gives Abbey Chase and the other women from Danger Girl such a hard time. He’s a powerhouse, but on a human scale. Despite his immense size he always manages to show up right behind people without them noticing. Once he’s there he unleashes with his super-serum-powered strength which he can use to either heft objects using Super Strength or clobbering opponents with Close Combat Expert. One big plus, once he loses those abilities, his damage value increases, so that he can still deal the same damage for a while longer. The Major also has a heft dose of Toughness in each of his versions, so he can take some damage without folding. Finally, at the end of his dial he has a click or two of Regeneration to get him back into fighting form. His Rookie and Experienced versions don’t have a ranged attack, but his Veteran version has a range of 8 and Energy Explosion – remember when he grabbed that huge machine gun? I do.

Thank GOD someone made that joke. Seriously. I'd miss it if no one said it. It's become an old friend on these preview threads, the B/C/F-No B/C/F jabs. Like a sore tooth that you can't stop tonguing, these quips.
And to the person that said the proportions are off, let me suggest to you that J. Scott Campbell ain't no master of anatomy to begin with...so when you take something that's wrong to begin with and then shrink and compress it into a 1/48 scale figure, well, it's bound to look a little wonky.
What a funky looking guy! I have no idea who 95% of these characters are in the new expansion, but I'm still excited for Indy just for the fact that the figures are so neat looking and, hey, they're someone new to play with!
Very cool figure, Bane done as Aquaman with a dash of Wolverine at the end. In the Support poor IndyClix environment, he will be a great figure to use. I just wish we could have some generic neo-naz..er..I mean Hammer Troopers to go with him. Great sculpt BTW.

Yeah, his proportions are pretty much exactly like that in the comic. It's intentional, people! We're past the days of Thor-like sculpts and rogueish paint-jobs! *fingers crossed*

Wait, comics DON'T always have exact proportions?!? NO WAY!!!
Seriously though, He actually looks pretty good, like the comic. My ONLY gripe, "stealth"? common! Look at him! Whos gonna miss this guy, A giant neo-nazi in a trenchcoat, with a big tank of glowing blue liquid on his back! He put to much into the whole appearing behind people aspect. Charge hello? Force Blast, something besides stealth. Other than that he's cheap and cool looking. Better than Sydney who got screwed. I still think they should have made the Hammer Empire TA.
