Actually, this deck got to the top 8 in the regionals, it beated nice chaos and some zombie decks.
Though, if you can show me a better decklist for a waterdeck, then I would like to see :)

It's a very good deck, just WAY too many tributes. When I used to run a water deck not too long ago, I used many tributes, but they always killed me when I didn't get any Terraforming or ALO's. Maybe limiting the tributes to 5 or so may help. The Messenger of Peace will slow you down, so I suggest playing Gravity Bind. It works wonders with your ALO's, trust me. You can also add Aqua Spirit. It's a nice special summon along with a great control effect. Hope you like the fix.
