When using Pulse Wave, if you have more than one target then you reduce the damage to one and draw LOF to everyone in range. Does that include friendly figures? Ie. if I have a friendly fig and an enemy fig in range, can I just 'target' the enemy fig and do full damage, ignoring their defensive powers and TA, or do I have to include the one or more friendly figs in range as targets and reduce damage to one and hit them all?

Undoubtedly this has already been addressed, but I couldn't find any answers using the search..

From the new PAC:
"Give this character a ranged combat action. Reduce its range value by half. Draw lines of fire to every character (friendly and opposing) within range in every direction. ->This attack ignores all team abilities and powers and abilities characters within range have.<- These lines of fire are not blocked by character bases, but are affected normally by terrain. If clear lines of fire can be drawn to two or more characters, this character’s damage becomes 1 for this attack; otherwise, use this characters normal damage value. Compare the attack roll to the defense value of each character in range; each hit character is dealt damage."

Since it does not specifiy that more than one character need to be targeted to ignore powers and TA, you can target one click and thier powers and TA will be null. Thats what makes PW so good now.

But that wasn't the question that he was asking, The_Leader. If only one figure was in range, then yes, that one figure would take full damage, ignoring powers and abilities. But what he actually asked was whether friendly figures in range were also potentially hurt by the Pulse Wave.

And as far as that goes, I have to ask, friendly but serious---before you searched the forum, did you check the PAC? It has thase whole special parentheses.
