Well, he has to wait a turn to activate Last Turn seeing as its a trap, and he has to have 1000 lp or less to activate it in the first place.

Assuming the conditions that E-Man mentioned were correct, that is a legal and very old move.

The key is knowing how Last Turn works so you know how to beat it. If they play a speed deck that only goes through a lot of their hand it's harder since you have to hope for one of those cards to be in your hand early on. Easy side deck.

It is true, but its really not worth side-decking against last turn, because so few people run it, id rather use side-deck space for anti-goat , anti-chaos (if your not running chaos >.<) maybe .... just so few people run it its not worth side-decking against = /.

Then expect to loose against most Last Turn decks.
