Good counter swarming cards are Needle Ceiling and Pineapple Blast.

look for monsters that either allow you to search and summon from your deck or special summon themselves by removing cards from your grave. those are the 2 basic types of monsters for swarming.

my personal counters to swarm are torrential tribute and special hurricane. outside of simply beating them down early to minimize thier swarm straight out of the gate.

bubble crash, heavy slump and spatial collapse are good counters.

im not too familiar with actually playing with swarmers, only Troop Dragon but that got errated

Fusion Swarm (Requires multiple Polymerizations, then Refusion after they die)
The Agent of Creation - Venus + Solar Ray on the same turn (up to 2400 damage).
Monsters requiring to RFG monsters (Gigantes, Inferno, Chaos Sorcer, etc)
Return from the Different Dimension
Dimension Fusion
Union decks + Frontline Base
Dragon Decks (King Dragun or Flute)
Cyber Jar ( though it works for both sides)
