Cyber Dragon
LIGHT/Machine/5/2100/1600 You can Special Summon this card if there are 1 or more monsters on your opponent's side of the field and 0 monsters on your side of the field.
Cyber Twin Dragon
LIGHT/Machine/8/2800/2100 "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the above mentioned Fusion Material monsters. This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.
Cyber End Dragon
LIGHT/Machine/10/4000/2800 "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" This card can only be Fusion Summoned with the above mentioned Fusion Material monsters. When this card attacks with an ATK which is higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

So praise me for learning so well when I'm right and blame THEM for screwing up when I'm wrong. (More people will be added to this list as needed) "
Cyber End Dragon
Light
10 Stars
ATK/4000 DEF/2800
[Machine/Fusion/Effect]
{Cyber Dragon} + {Cyber Dragon} + {Cyber Dragon}
This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the above monsters. When this card attacks with an ATK higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.
from a spoiler in the rumor mill. pretty nasty with a limiter removal.
Power Bond
Normal Spell Card Send 2 or more Fusion Material monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon 1 Machine-Type Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck (The monster is treated as being properly Fusion Summoned). The original ATK of the monster Special Summoned by this card is doubled. At the End Phase of the turn in which this card was activated, you lose Life Points equal to the original ATK of the Fusion Summoned monster.
THEN you use Limiter Removal to have a 16000ATK trampler (and pray they don't use Kuriboh!)

"What is that? You chain Scapegoat to Heavy Storm? Guess what? I play Cyber Stein and pay 5000 lifepoints. CYBER END DRAGON WITH LIMITER REMOVAL! YOU LOSE THE DUEL!"
Even scarier. If Metal Reflect Slime is ever released here, they'll form a deadly combo. All you need is two cards to pull out Cyber End Dragon. Metal Reflect Slime is a trap monster Water/Aqua/10/0/3000. All you need is it and Metamorphosis.

Just a quick change. The monster you want is KOITSU, its "brother/sister/etc", level 10 200/100.
Also, before people ask questions....
Metal Reflect Slime
Continuous Magic
After activation, this card becomes a Monster Card (Water/Water, Lv 10, ATK 0/DEF 3000), it is Special Summoned on your Monster Card Zone in Defense Mode. This card cannot attack. (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.)
Aren't the Cyber Dragons supposed to be fusion summoned only? Can you even bring them out through Meta?
CRV-JP035
Cyber Twin Dragon
Light/Machine - Fusion/8/2800/2100
[Cyber Dragon] + [Cyber Dragon]
This card can only be Fusion summon with the monsters named above. This card can attack two times during battle phase.
CRV-JP036
Cyber End Dragon
Light/Machine - Fusion/10/4000/2800
[Cyber Dragon] + [Cyber Dragon] + [Cyber Dragon]
This card can only be Fusion summon with the monsters named above. When this card attacks a monster in defense mode, and this card's attack strength would be higher than that monster's defense strength, do battle damages to opponent equal to the difference.
LOL Half, if he just reads the texts, he'll still think it's Fusion Summon only ;)
Here's the key, note the phrasing from the text:
"This card can only be Fusion summon with the monsters named above. This card can attack two times during battle phase."
Notice the way it's the same as Dark Balter's?
"This monster can only be Fusion Summoned by the above Fusion-Material Monsters."
Compared to a Fusion-summon only monster like Dark Paladin:
"This monster can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon."
Morph doesn't Fusion Summon, it Special Summons. The text of cards like the Cyber Dragons and Dark Balter only restricts the manner in which they are Fusion Summoned (in other words, no Fusion Substitutes)
wouldnt power bond require you to dump cyber dragons to summon end dragon. it says fusion material monsters. metal reflect slime would work best, but it doubt it will be released here for a long time

Yeah, you do...

Put Fusion material of a Fusion monsters from hand and/or field into Graveyard, special summon a Machine sub-type Fusion monster. The original attack strength of the monster special summon would be doubled. At the end of turn this card is activate, the player who activate this card would receive damages equal to the original attack strength of the special summoned monster. (This special summon would be treated as Fusion Summon)
It's basically a maxed out Polymerization for Machine type monster's.
