I think w/ this deck, you can afford to have a few more cards in the deck. Since the objective is deck out, you need to have extra cards to ensure that you DONT deck out as well.
-1 Heavy Storm (WIll likely kill your own stall cards)
+2 Messenger of Peace
+2 Nobleman of Crossout (Has synergy w/ all the flipping down you've got)
+1 Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell
I think your deck's main concern is Nobleman of Crossout. You WANT your monsters to stay f/d, but with all the multiple copies ur running of morphing jar #2, needle worm, etc, good use of nobleman of crossout can ruin ur plans
How in the blue heck is scapegoat better than level limit?
The vortex is needed incase luster soldier comes out (which will ruin your day more than nobleman) and the level limits make good that nothing game breaking attacks.
