TLK: Yeah, I haven't been able to think of any good new tech, and I feel that this deck would be a good place to start testing tech.

I'm heavily considering:

-1 WMC/BoM
+1 Merchant

Just to give me the spells just as fast, while gaining a monster. But obviously this deck is VERY reliant on spells, and the monsters can't do much alone... merchant would be no different. If I don't like it this way, -1 Cannon Soldier, +1 Exarion for more aggro.

Once I played a guy who used RotA to get Big Shield, so obviously I didn't NoC the next mon he set, and then he set another. I NoC it, Big Shield. I attack the other, ANOTHER Big Shield. Mofo set 2 on me.

I'm considering that Cannon Soldier bit now. Exarion is just pimp.

I don't recall saying it wasn't cookie... I did say that it wasn't TOTAL cookie, meaning not:

BLS, Breaker, TIV, DDWL, 2x DDA, 2x Tsuku, 2x MoF, serpent, jar, asura, etc... it's got some tech

Everyone is great, I've been on Vacation for a bit, but I've kept up on AIM and dueled on the net. We have a team now for MN and upper midwest players... small compared to Oddessy, but we've got good rankings. We may as well let our area of the country get some coverage, it's not like it's any worse.. all netdecking and stuff wherever you go.

I don't keep up with rankings much myself, though, since I just started a while ago, really... mine jumped to top 50 in WI after 3 months, so I do okay.

Andy and I just played, actually. He's gone slightly more aggro, while I go total control with this, as you see. Steve is always an Aggro-Chaos player at heart.

Anyway, Team Unicorn Games (TU, Can You Handle the Horn? [roffles]) has made a couple store takeovers, and plans to own the MN, Iowa, and WI Regionals. Chicago is too far, plus probably good. XD

We consistently land all 6 of our guys in the top 8/25 at our store... not bad.

Things I like about this deck: Ex. Universe, Wave-Motion Cannon, no D. D. Assailant
Things I don't like about this deck: 3 Scapegoat, 2 Bottomless Trap Hole

Meh. Ex. Universe owns.

It's not overkill when it's got mad synergy. It's the core of this deck. Besides, I tend to not mind getting goat-locked, because it helps me get WMCs going. Basically, if we're stalling to build up for gg's, I'll usually win.

Exarion is strong support, we agree! ;D

I'm siding DDA, right? I don't like it when it walks into every Scapegoat/TER/MoF out there. I want tech in my field support. Exarion and Asura are better for me.

n/m, there was another BTH... over what should have been Mirror Force. I always forget something. =/

Anywho, I've got this rolling again... went with:

-1 BoM
-1 BTH

+1 Exarion Universe
+1 Sakuretsu Armor

BoM seems to always end up as a -1 card here, since I go so heavy on stall and don't try to rush them much. I added another monster, and a solid one that should force removal, not something Asura will jack up. 16/18/6 makes it solid as heck.

-cannon soldier (good but going for something else to tech)
+goblin elite attack force (i know, wth is this guy on?!, well its actually really good tech, atleast when ive tested it. for one it doesnt die most of the time the next turn due to its def.)

just a thought yu might want to think about since ive found it to work, especially obusing it with tsuki, attack - next turn summon tsuki flip goblin down and flip up again, keep repeating and yuve got an annoyed player.

-2 sak armors
+2 dust tornados (anti ter and just helps with all the goats and quick plays around)

nothing other then that that i see to fix
