Yeah I did survive, originally it was an Aggro Deck but as things went on I had my reasons to do those upgrades, I did ok during the Regionnals and I mean both of them, it was with most of these cards.
ok you have a few breaks in synergy with this deck. I get that it is themeless. sort of. this is what I think that you should do.
remove both reinforcements of the army. they can only search out three cards total and if you draw those three cards before reinforcements then you have two dead cards
next remove E Provisions and good goblin housekeeping x2. I know that the only reason you run E provisions is because of the goblins but you are running to many traps cards to run both jinzo and royal decree.
also limiter removal only has two targets. I would remove that as well.
now the only problem is that what to put in their places. you need to replace six cards and you obviously dont want to netdeck.
you should think hard about what you want in their places. just remeber to have your deck flow together.
I am glad to hear that your deck is doing well for you and doesn't look like everyone else's. Here are my thoughts.
1. Agree that limiter may not be efficient with only 2 targerts.
2. I agree that hold onto a card like good goblin house keeping, until you get the other to pull off that combo (though massive it is) is not efficient and the GGHK and EP may be excessive.
3. You are doing aggro, so lets be really aggro. Add 2 nobleman of extermination to the deck. Get rid of their Bottomless or Sakeretsu, etc. People do not run as many chainable traps any more, and let them fire off that Book of moon, you will just flip it back up based on the new rulings.
4. A potentially broken card for aggro is Injection Fairy Lily. Nothing says aggresive like waiting until your berserk cleared their face down and then lighting them up for 3400.
5. With Aggro, does blade knight help you often? I find he is usually an effectless 1600 mon. Maybe swap for Exiled. It is an offensive card if you have a monster on the field, they set a monster, you can exiled to open it up for an attack.
6. Again, lets be aggro, giant trunade clears their back field for one turn, I would stick with the royal decree since we know what their quick play spells will be and it lasts multiple turns (they have what, 3 S/T removers).
7. Always fun in aggro, and surprisingly useful = United we Stand or Mage Power. can quickly turn the tides in one turn.
These are just some thoughts, do with them what you will since you are already doing well

Ok about a few points
#1: I still think the Cyber Dragon combined with the Limiter Removal combo happens often in my case
#2: GGHK and EP can make a decent Head Start and give me a card to replace at the same time in case of problems, even if I don't get the second GGHK it's still wothwhile imho.
#3: I have to agree with you on this one, too many traps ain't what I need but anti-Trap gear, that I wouln't mind, now why didn't I think of that?
#4: I don't really like IFL, because of how much LP activating her Special Effects costs, I think it's overrated
#5: Yes Blade Knight was a great help so far, usually he's the first monster I sent to trash Flip Effect Monsters when I suspect one is on the field and I think he can handle things, when I'm about to top deck, he goes to 2000 Attack.
#6: I keep Giant Trunade for a little Technicality purpose besides clearing out the field for a massive attack, that Technicality is about such as this
Using Premature Burial to bring back a Monster from my Graveyard, using my Giant Trunade to get back Premature Burial and using again on another monster, that way I can use Premature Burial Twice with that Combo since the text on the card said the Monster goes back in the Graveyard if the Premature Burial is Destroyed, not recovered in my hand, the same combo can be used with Call of the Haunted although it's a bit trickier
#7: I don't have either UWS or Mage Power right now.
#8: The reason why I keep 2 Reinforcements of the Army around for 3 Warrior Type Monsters in the entire deck is because of Emergencies, such as the Phoenix or some other major threats, having 2 gives me a better speed of having one of either my DD Assailant or DD Warrior Lady, I also have my Blade Knight for my opening move in case of Face Down Monsters, you never know if it could be a flip effect Monster such as Morphing Jar or Needle Worm.
