I really don't see this deck as ground breaking in a way, and I question its viability in the new meta, personally. It seems like you took the standard Chaos-Cutter deck, and just removed its most powerful monster. I'm not gonna stand here and argue that the other monsters are weak in themselves, but this deck feels like its missing somthing
-1 Kycoo
+1 D.D. Assailant
-1 Tribe Infecting Virus [Move to Side Deck]
+1 Exiled Force/Morphing Jar/Blade Knight
Those three cards have nothing to do with eachother, I just don't see Tribe as useful as before now that Sinister is gone. It's gonna come out, nuke something (generally you don't see a whole lot of mono-tribe decks anymore, but vs GK and Beast is a good SD) then more than likely die next turn, so you spend 2 cards to eliminate in most cases 1. I think your bottomlesses or Sakuretsu will be more than enough to take care of things. The other three are more efficient card choices in my opinion
Saku is a little more passive, but it gives you a chance to sit and wait for a target. I think that Bottomless tends to jump the gun a little bit too often, but is a better choice vs Zombie and Fiend decks, but at the same time Kycoo should be enough to handle that, no?

+Card Destruction
This sounds a little newbish, but really I think Card Destruction is a better card. Life Points shouldn't be paid unless totally neccassairy in a beatdown enviornment, I think Card Destruction is a more efficient way to get rid of your opponents options (specifically if you happen to know what they have) without spending life points. At the same time, you draw cards, and deck thinning is a good thing. I've played with Both Morphing and Destruction in my deck, and I found it pretty effective, and I've even gotten a couple unwitting deck destruction wins, although rare. Just something to take into concideration
