I know the monsters in this deck has nothing related to the Gundam Wing series but Guardian Angel Joan reminds me of the Wing Zero in Gundam Wing Endless Waltz.

Some of the cards I need are going to come from the Warrior Structure deck so I'll wait until its out down here. Do what yall do best, Rate and Fix it, lol. ^_^
If you don't like Smashing Ground then Scapegoat is always an option. You are a bit short on monster removal here though so I would go with SG.
Upstart Goblin really isn't needed here in my opinion as you are not trying to draw any game winning card so the deck thinning isn't needed.
- Draining Shield
+ Magic Cylinder
You are increasing the life point gap both ways, but since you aren't running Agents then there is no need to go for life gain, go for opponent burn.
Also, I wouldn't run Royal Decree without dropping one of not two of your traps, to help make sure you don't end up locking yourself out aswell as your opponent.
- Negate Attack
- Negate Attack
+ Sakuretsu Armour
+ Sakuretsu Armour
Negate Attack will buy you a turn, but you don't have that many game changing cards that it is worthwhile to try and hold out for so I would go for the monster kill then and there if I were you.
