DDitG proving itself to be better than Confiscation, especially with the double MBaaS. Winged Kuriboh as an Angel-able oh-#### button, 2 Freeds for removal, and Merchant and Jar for getting cards and stuff. Would love to have Shrink over Rush, though. Also, I would like to take out one of the Silent Swordsman LV3 for something, but I'm not sure for what. Any suggestions?
This is a very nice deck. I like the over all structure and the concept behind the build. You have several cards with in the deck that stand out in my mind because of there under-usage in the game today. Of course maybe the new ban will bring a few of those around.
I see the monsers flowing nicely within this deck. And not over crowded with the big guys/gals. I like the Winged Kuriboh touch, cute for sure as well as effective when needed. My only real question in the monster line up is the 2 Freeds. I can see with the deck build the effectiveness that you could get out of him but is 2 necessary? Do you find youself dumping one into the grave often enough that the second one became a need? Or with the ability to fill the grave does it just become an easy way to clear the field?
The spells look pretty well suited to compliment your monsters. Fissure is one of those under used cards that you don't see around a whole lot. Sometimes the smaller monster is the most dangerous. I agree somewhat with your reason behind Dragged Down into the Grave but I'm not sure I would go with either card (other card being Confiscation) at this time. DDitG benefits you opponent the same as you. I am not a big fan of cards that intentionally help your opponent. The timing in the activation of the card would always have to be considered. I would suggest Time Seal for a replacement but with your 3x Decree you may never get that one to go off  . Now about that Different Dimension Capsule, I find that card to be volatile. You run a pretty good risk at losing your card that is removed. I see how bluffing it may work for ya but still, the possible loss I feel out weighs the pros of the card. I am at a loss for what to suggest as a good possible replacement maybe Ceasefire or something but then again it's a trap. I love the the use of Rush Recklessly, this is one of my favorite cards. Your opponent almost never sees it coming. This card alone has entertained me more times that I can count.
And finally on to the traps. Not much to say here. The perfect compliment to your bigger monsters. Now all you need is some consistent way to prevent monster effects and you will have the trifecta covered.
I was thinking about your wanting to swap out a Silent Swordsman LV3. As for possible replacements you could go for a few obvious choices being Magician Of Faith or Blade Knight. But I was thinking more along the lines of Different Dimension Dragon. His attribute is light so it fits the theme of the deck and the fuel need for Freed. With his low attack of 1200 he may not kill alot (unless coupled with the Rush Recklessly but not likely) but that makes him searchable with the Shining Angels. This guy is unaffected by Dark Hole, Torrential Tribute, and other non-targeting spell/trap cards including Smashing Ground and Fissure. And he'll survive battles from 1900 or less attackers. All of this gives him great field presence for tributing for the Silent Swordsman LV5. And speaking of tributing, he is a level 5 monster himself. That could be the only downfall of this card in your deck on occasion but it shouldn't happen all that often. The only times I could se you tributing a monster to put him on the field would be to possibly retrieve something with Sangan or offering your opponent's monster after Snatch Steal'n it from thier side.
Well, good luck with this deck and have fun play'n it.
