Ok, I have an idea for a deck. Some of the cards would be: Null and Void, Forced Requisition, Yata, CED-EotE, Drop Off, Robbin' Goblin, and Robbin' Zombie. Please give me some suggestions for a deck.

You must be playing traditional...
Well then...those cards are basically a combination of hand and deck destruction.
Other cards that could work would be Don Zaloog + Dark Scorpions, Spirit Reaper, Decayed Commander, Zombie Tiger, Soul Absorbing Bone Tower, Assault on GHQ, Morphing Jar, Card Destruction, Morphing Jar #2, Protector of the Sanctuary, etc.

Before you try to make a deck with some of those, make sure you are aware of these very important rulings....
1. You can only chain "Null and Void" to an effect that draws cards and does nothing else. You can chain "Null and Void" to the activation of "Pot of Greed" or "Jar of Greed". You can chain "Null and Void" to the activation of the effect of cards like "Airknight Parshath".
Also, in order to first activate Forced Requisition, discarding a card from your hand must be the LAST THING TO HAPPEN. This means that if you play Graceful Charity you draw 3 and discard 2. Discarding 2 was the last thing to happen. However, if you play Card Destruction, you first discard your hand, then you draw the same number of card. Discarding was not the last thing to happen, drawing was.
If you are aware of those, my next piece of advice is to not try to do too many things in one deck. Choose either hand control, field control, deck destuction, but not all three in one deck.
Another suggestion could be to try out Magic Thorn with the Hand Disruption cards to do some good damage to the opponent for each card they discard from their hand.
Just gotta remember that it has to actually be "discarded" and not "sent to the graveyard" and such.
