This isn't what your deck is sopose to look like. You should be able to get Blue Eyes Shinning Dragon on the field in under 2 turns. with that statement made I would Highly sugjest adding 3 of them, Dropping the Axe of Despair's and MegaMorph's and adding something to remove m/t.

Have you ever gotten all three out? Maybe a Delta-Attacker?
