Here's a good old fashioned Chaos Control deck for you to cookie off of. My old deck, way back when nothing was banned (but after the DDWL restriction). There's nothing in this deck after IOC, and in truth, no traditional deck needs anything (except Cyber Dragons and maybe DDAs) after IOC.
