Not really...the best bet you have is getting Great Dezard out with Magician's Circle and kill a monster to give it targeting protection from Magic and Trap Cards and hope it lives until next turn...or you'll have to Normal Summon it and use Double Attack and kill 2 monster's to be able to get out Fushioh Richie during Main Phase 2...
in this format its almost impossible.. i wouldnt use either one of those cards.. they wernt good when they came out.. and still not good.. not even for a casual duelist..

Actually, I've used him quite a bit in casual duels and he's actually not THAT hard to bring out and once he's out, he can be pretty annoying and devastating for the opponent.
They kill off 1 Zombie and he simply brings it back and he has big stats to boot so whether in ATK or DEF, that Mobius or Jinzo or whatever can't get past him.
I have tried Fusioh Richie for quite some time, but not yet with Magician's Circle. I have never really had much success with summoning him. You can kill Ojama tokens though, I believe, because Great Dezard's effect says he must destroy a monster, but it does not say the monster must be sent to the Graveyard. I am one who wishes there was a more consistent way to summon Fushioh, because he is a neat monster with a great effect.
Yeah...I usually used Ojama Trio and gave Dezard a Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce or use Double Attack and discard Despair from the Dark or something...too bad Richie can't be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by Dezard's effect, then I'd use that for the discard instead.
