er... 3 card of safe returns? remove all of them dude. YOu only have 14 monsters and one revival card, that equals bad cake. remove a creature swap because you'll barely have any monsters in your hand in the first place much less on the field. 3 polymers with 3 cyberstiens is also pretty bad too. Mabye limit to 2 or 3 stiens and one polymer. It's dead weight if you can't use it. You also have alot of tributes, even when you don't count the cyber dragons. It's a ratio of 3 tributes to 14 monsters and if they don't have a monster on thier side it's 6 out of 14, yikes. I would hate to see you go against a final deck. It would be game over then.

i think i might have spoilt your idea of this deck but card of safe return says draw a card when a monster is specail summoned from your graveyard. so you do not draw a card for cyber dragon or cyber stain
