does hyper hammerheads effect target?
i need a list of monsters that actrually target because a friend is really stubborn and he says not many monster effects target.

this question also goes along with what effects will chaos command magician negate.

No Hyper Hammerhead's effect DOES NOT target... there are too many monsters which target to list them... basically any monster that "selects" targets.
