I for one think it is a pretty good deck, with easy to summon but hard to beat monsters. It gives me a few ideas for my own deck :o

+ spirit reaper (good stall and tribute monster)
+ mystic swordsman LV2 (can deal with the face down monsters, that king tiger can't)

I think completely dropping your traps(except the Decree) is overkill. Sure you've got 3 Decrees, but what happens if they nuke them all?(3x Mobius, 3x Dust Tornado, 1 MST, 1 Heavy Storm) So I'd just throw in a Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute just for some...added...insurance.

The King Tigers...eh...they look like sidedeck material, but if your area is heavy on LV3's under, then I understand.
