Hm. This deck is just a fun tweak on something I was playing a LONG time ago. This deck should be able to OTK easily ... considering the new tweak. Here we go!
[19] SPELLS
[1] Last Will
[1] Heavy Storm
[1] Book of Moon
[1] Graceful Charity
[1] Premature Burial
[1] Enemy Controller
[1] Mystical Space Typhoon
[2] Giant Trunade
[2] Nobleman of Crossout
[2] Reinforcements of the Army
[3] Smashing Grounds
[3] Inferno Reckless Summon
[6] TRAPS
[1] Mirror Force
[1] Torrential Tribute
[1] Call of the Haunted
[3] Waboku
Theres more tricks ... and a sideboard makes it ever so disgusting ... but thats the main idea right there :)
Since im not familiar with this deck im not going to tell you what to take out but wouldn't some magical mallets help since it looks like you need certain cards to otk.. the only thing i can think of is that your running snatch a it seems like you need all 5 spaces so wouldn't it kind of mess up your theme?
If you could could you rate/fix my deck "~ Des Camel Control V.2. ~"
I don't think you can actually Infernal Reckless Kitty through Giant Rat because it happened during the damage step. Only counter cards and cards that affect ATK/DEF can be used at this point.
Kitties took a really bad beating when Last Will was limited, I'm seeing alot more use of Threathning Roars and Wabokus these days because of all the OTK decks being built. Konami tries not to kill most OTKs, just weaken the support cards. Exodia, they didn't ban it, they banned Painful Choice.

Actually, the summoning doesnt take place in the damage step. Damage step concludes after Giant Rat is sent to the grave. Technically its battlephase again when Kitty is SS.
Im basing this off the fact that damage step ends when the damage is all dealt and concluded with. Correct me if Im wrong :speechles

So Inferno Reckless Summon wouldn't work here. I think you'll have to focus more on Call of the Haunted and Premature Burial like you said earlier...
Oh, and Nobleman of Extermination won't do much against Threatening Roars and Wabokus... Since the opponent can just chain the trap card to the activation of NoE, the trap card is no longer face down, so NoE will not be able to remove any remaining copies from the deck since it's conditions are no longer being met.
So while NoE can be good, if your opponent has two set m/t cards you are kind of in trouble. Your best bet would be to add in the Heavy Storm that I imagine you forgot (?) and sub the NoE's for Giant Trunades. Royal Decree is a better option in my opinion in a OTK deck if you can manage to work it in.
Good call. Thanks for the ruling. Been away months and Im retweaking an old fav to play today. Well, its not as bad as I hoped. Will Inferno Reckless work with Shallow Grave? ^_^

Unfortunately I don't think it will...
The monster summoned through The Shallow Grave will be in face down defence position. Inferno Reckless Summon won't "know" the name of the monster because it is face down. For Inferno Reckless Summon to work I think that the monster summoned has to be face up. Fairly sure about that but not one hundred percent =)
I agree with thgl87 that Royal Decree would be very helpful in preventing traps such as Threatening Roar and Waboku from stopping your OTK. Maybe drop one Dimension Wall and one Waboku for two Royal Decrees. That's all I have. Thank you for posting on my deck!
Grave of Enkindling = special summon during damage step also, so no go. I can't believe how many times I have had to tell people this. Not to be insulting since very few people seem to know that. Maurading Captains are probably your best bet just like every IRS deck. You can use up to three and they are so easy to search it should make that easy enough.
I didn't know, that Grave of Enkindling has a summoning condition, sorry ^^. This is my Kittie OTK I used a few weeks ago. Hope it helps...
