with monster reborn banned I have benn getting great results with this card. Autonomous action unit. I used 2 coppies during the recent shonen jump in maryland and I went 7-3. I used the first as a bluff (always) forcing my opponet to waste a s/t and when the timing was rite, the second copy was a surprise. NOW I know that this will not be found in a T8 deck, but I just wanted to show that any card, accompanied with the right strategy can be a force in any tournament setting. This was my first jump, and as a newbie, using a pheonix, chaos, return deck, I learned a great deal.

what is your opinion about this card. I simply like the Idea of taking my opponent skelengel, dekochi, des lakoodas, air knights. knight assailants. any of the advantage affording cards. 1500 may seem like a lot, but when you learn how to conserve lp's its a big surprise to your opponent.

Against the usual aggro decks, this card isn't necessarily that good...especially since, UNlike Premature Burial, you cannot use it, Trunade it, reuse it and such over and over since the monster dies if it's ever removed from the field at all.

It ALL depends on your opponent's Deck AND their Graveyard. Otherwise, chances are they won't have anything really worth taking. Magician of Faith, Dekoichi, Spirit Reaper (which'll die anyways), effect-less Mobius.

although this card has drawbacks, it is still (to my understanding) the only card which allow you to take a monster from your opponents grave yard. Whats impressive about it is that it will always come as a surprise to your opponent. The key is to be conservative, try to force out a mobius or any high attack monster or in a situation where you need hand advantage, a dekochi will help. Now I do understand that many will not run this, yet it gets the job done.

The thing is...the things you could normally probably won't help you...and, obviously, high ATK won't really matter much in most situations. I'd rather pay the 1500 LP for a My Body as a Shield rather than for a possible monster from the opponent's Graveyard that probably won't last for more than 1-2 turns anyways.

Half, Iv' just read the description on "mbaas" and yes it is an excellent card. Yet it is still fun to take a card from my opponents graveyard. With reborn banned, it is the only nastalgic choice. Again, its good to see the expression on my opponents face when I activat autonomous and say "I activate monster reborn" and there is nothing that they have to stop it. Tribute for my jinzo, take their jinzo from the grave and take (4800) of their (8000) ghostly spirits from their life.

Good for fun, yes...but with the much tighter restriction on it, it's nothing that can't be quickly gotten over within the same turn really. The thing that'll usually go through the opponent's mind will either be "Why the heck is he using that?" or, depending on the monster, can range from "Oh, crap" (which doesn't happen often, believe me) to "Meh, no big deal"

Little expensive...but an okay card i guess... :ermm:

your right. sometime a jubilant "sure" or "whatever". its still nice to be able to reach into someones "pocket", take what I want and hold onto it until they decide to get it back.

With the way the "Competitive" meta is, they'll get it back pretty quickly, most likely.

It's still a fun little card for a common...I never would have thought that a common could be such a fun little card...I like it to a degree, wouldn't use it, but like it.

There's tons of fun common cards...people just never bother looking at them most of the time..

Yeah, that's true, Ordeal of the Traveller, I want it pretty bad, it is one annoying little card...so much so it's evil, but very good.

Ordeal of the Traveler is fun when you are the one playing it. IF you can destroy the opponent fairly quickly then it should be useless.

Ojama Trio is a fun little common. Not only are the tokens useless but theya re lv 2 so you cant morph em :(
