I assume you mean Magical Thorn. Its a TP card. Its also released as a common in some pack.

Well, a long time ago i heard Magic: The Gathering had sued Yugioh because of "Magic" cards. However, i didnt know if this was official,can anyone confirm?

I know it was because of the card TYPE being called "Magic Cards", but the word itself being licensed like that??? I don't know...

Well thats all Magic: The Gathering is about. "Magic Cards". Hell, i am sure most peope probably always go "Hey, got any Magic card for trade" when talking to many collectors. I suppose its something thats arguable in a court of law.

Yeah...again...when it comes to the TYPE of card, there's no real problem changing it there, but for the word in general being used in card names like Magic Thorn, Magic Arm Shield and such...don't see any huge deal there....not like they erased "Magic" from other card names, even in reprints....Dark Magic Attack, Magic Jammer, Magic Drain, The Puppet Magic of Dark Ruler, Magic Reflector, Magic Cylinder, Type Zero Magic Crusher, etc.
