I'm working on a deck that uses gravekeepers and royal decree. The big problem I see is that mobius will pull my pants down whenever he makes an appearance. Duel 2 and 3 scare me even more since he is popular in side decks. What is the best counter to protect my necrovalley (decree will help with the dust tornados)? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Because of Decree, there is no way to protect it... unless you use Magic Reflector.

Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell

Spell Shield Type-8
Kickback/"Forced Back" (EOJ, use against Mobius)

Green Declarer (EOJ, but only for Fairies really...)

Mask of Restrict to prevent them from Tributing...
But then again it prevents you from doing the same... :surprised

Prohibition and declare Dust Tornado/Heavy Storm/Mobius
but then you have MST and Breaker to worry about...
Plus it shuts down your Dust Tornado/Heavy Storm/Mobius

but then again it costs you half your lifepoints...
can you really afford that???

I'd go with trying out what HDI suggested.
And wait until EOJ comes out a get your hands on "Forced Back". It'll be a great way to counter Mobius and Breaker and Jinzo (depending on how Jinzo was summoned).
