Actually, it's 44, and if you complain about it being like every deck that's out there, why suggest that I take out a few of the cards that amke it different?
I will eventually drop 2 cards with more testing, but right now, Skull Archfiend stays.
I do have a couple of changes that I would reccomend. Here are the changes below:
Drop
-1 Skull Archfiend(Its a good card, but the life point payment may shift the duel in the opponent's favor)
-1 Swords of Revealing Light(The BEST -1 in the game. You gain 3 turns of immunity, but at the end, you are at a -1 card advantage)
-1 Widespread Ruin(Mirage Dragon would have fun with you. I think BTH is a lot better)
Add
+1 Zaborg(Good removal card, its awesome. I run 2 and never regretted it :) )
+1 Bottomless Trap Hole(RFTDD's and many monster's worst nightmare)
After running the deck today, I have seen the Skull Archfiend is a bit more trouble than it's worth. Plus, not enough traps in the game actually target. I would like to get my hands on another Zaborg, so if I can, that'll be a good switchout.
As for SoRL, I never really saw it a a -1, seeing as it becomes an immediate MST/Breaker target if they want to hurt me, leaving my other s/t alone. Also, if it lasts the course of thre turns, in my meta of heavy Don's and Reapers, I see it as a +3, allowing me a few turns to regroup and think. Plus, making your opponent's set monsters succeptable to Smashing is a nice alternative, should you not be getting your NoC's.
Finally, Widespread Ruin. Why do I run it? SImply enough, I got it for $5 out of the promo bin at my local store. It's a story piece, and not much else. I have been hit with Nobleman of Extermination before, so it does add variety. I did get to like using Bottomlesses again, which is why I have one and one, with a Bottomless sidedecked. If my opponent is running heavy Monarchs/"Comes into play" monsters, I'll switch it out.
So, as it stands:
-1 Skull Archfiend
+1 Zaborg
GOod suggestions, and with further testing, I'll keep your other ones in mind.
