Majestic Mech- Senku **** LIGHT
1000/500
Fairy/effect
If this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, draw 1 card from your Deck. This card is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase of the turn it was Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned.
Majestic Mech- Ohka *** LIGHT
2400/1400
Fairy/Effect
You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing a monster. If you Normal Summon it this way, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase.
Majestic Mech- Goryu ********(8) Light
2900/1800
Fairy/Effect
You can Normal Summon this card by Tributing 1 monster. If you Normal Summon it this way, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.
Now as we see the Majestic Mech, they have no support(M/T wise) for a deck of their own. What does this mean? It means we have to abuse em or leave em in the dust. Now if we look at the weakest of the Mechs, Senku, most people will just ignore it. And for good reason too. With only 1000 attack, and self-destruction why would we run it over something Masked Sorcerer, which is 100 points weaker but its way more versatile. Because of this, i will not talk about Senku unless someone can give me a reason why Senku > Masked Sorcerer.
Then we Majestic Mech - Ohka. At first look, it looks like a simply monster with a simple effect, and a simple purpose. To beat down anything commonly played in today's meta. It's effect allows quick acess, and for you Card Advantage freaks, it also for some nice 141 without the need tributing. For example, if your opponent has a D.D Assailant, whats the point of tributing just to kill that? Or whats the point of sending a monster ,that will stay on the field regardless of what it does, to a fight with D.D Assailant when Ohka is going to die anyways? Exactly. However, like all good things in life, it has a downside. If you want quick access, your Ohka will get a quick grave as well. Most duelist, however, always find ways around things, this being no exception. While this monster death is probably only stoppable by Skill Drain(which makes a beautiful 2400 attack no tribute *drools*), there are other options, such as making its death your opponents problem. How? Simple. Mystic Box and Creature Swap. Just give 'em an Ohka, since it will get wasted anyways, atleast you can keep a monster.
Lastly, we have the biggest Mech-daddy of them all. Majestic Mech-Goryu. Goryu has aquired many names, ranging from Goat Hater, or Frog catcher. Its currently the highest attack trampler( right?) in the game. It makes E. Hero Bladeedge garbage(atleast outside of an E. Hero deck), in things like Trample decks. Goryu also has the Majestic Mech Trait of being summoned quick. At the cost of 1 tribute, rather than 2, you get this Behemoth. a 2900 trampler with at the cost of 1 tribute sounds pretty darn good to me. Specially late game when you and your opponent are hiding behind each other's Frog. Just tribute the frog for a quick Goryu and smack his frog for 2800 lp, and hope for game. He also suffers the negative trait of the Majestic Mechs. Quick Acess ---> Quick Grave. However we can use the same solutions for Ohka. Skill drain (Hmm 2900 attack on tribute... sign me up!) and of course Creature Swap and the like.
Now i want you guys to help me find more cards to abuse these bad boys. Any ideas?
Here are the Combos i have gathered that are not listed above:
Celestial Transformation + Mech + IFL ---> 2 free Goryu/Ohka!
Of those three Ohka is the only one worth playing. It's basically a 2400 atk no tribute monster. The fact that it dies at the end of the turn is irrelevent, because either he will die before that via Sak Armor or something anyway, resulting in a 141, or he will kill a monster first, thereby cancelling out the -1 that his effect provides.
Now that I've mathmatically proved why he is playable, what can he do? Suiciding Monarchs and Jinzo comes to mind. It does waste your summon though, which sucks. This card is also capable of swinging for game ending damage.
I think Cyber Dragon is better, but this is nice too.
And even with the self-destruction, it helps feed other effect costs like Freed the Brave Wanderer or Soul of Purity and Light.
Or just use Celestial Transformation, SPECIAL Summon Goryu or Ohka and use Inferno Reckless Summon for 2 more from your hand, Deck or Graveyard (hopefully the opponent has a restricted f/u monster or something)
That way you get to keep 2 2400/1400 or 2900/1800/Trampler while the initial one dies anyways, but still giving you a chance to Normal Summon as well.
What about the "fake" spirit deck? Comboing Ohka w/ Begone Knave and some good f/d removal could be pretty brutal. Normal summoning a 2400 attacker each turn and htting directly... *drool.
With Begone Knave, Goryu will always return to the hand unless he gets killed by a Sak Armor. This is a pretty good idea, now you just need to find a way to protect him.
Or you could you Last Will to keep your field presence and thin your deck. Since it is sent to the Grave during your End Phase, you can still summon on your turn.
But I like the Begone Knave idea. Hopefully there's something else you can use in order to keep field presence, but it probably won't matter too much since if they attack their field will be depleated, leaving you with a 2400 LP shot.
Hmm OTK? Ultimate Offering + Begone Knave! ? The life-point damage is something that bugs me a tad. If they manage to swarm at the last moment (Premature or Call) + another monster could = GG. So maybe Draining Shields or...Mystic Wok? lol.
Hmm true. Too... weak though. One sak kills the combo but still good overall. I suppose if i deal more damage than them then it works out. BTW, Treeborn frog wont come back with Begone Knave!... so Ohka is better.
Well, draining Shields would fit the theme since it'd be a fairy based deck. But I'd stick with using the Majestic Mechs in an OTK. I've never tried the deck, so maybe it might not be necessary. But since the mechs might be killing the opponent's monsters often, a simple Scapegoat could hold off the offonent for a while also. Or how about Human Wave Tactics summoning Mokey Mokey with A Sanctuary in the Sky on the field. But that's alot.
