Where do you want to go with this? There are a few deck types this could go in. For example:

Aggro
Aggro/Control
Spellcasters
Earth
Low Level Control (Lv. 3 & under)
etc.
etc.
etc.

There isn't much of a way to build a deck based around Injection Fairy Lily. If she wasn't restricted, then we could see some hope. However, there is a good amount of support for her.

If you mean aggro...look all around the Deck Depot...

Though I find it more useful in a LP gaining Deck...

Gift of the Mystical Elf
Numinous Healer
Dancing Fairy
Cure Mermaid
etc

Emergency Provisions and Numinous Healer can get you a ton of points quickly. But since it's restricted, I'd advise that you have a ton of searchers, a Begone Knave is also good so you have a shot at a clear field and Injection is safe from the opponent's Smashing Ground, for example.

Messenger of Peace can also be good to protect Lily while you gain LP and while Lily will still be able to attack as well.

But that's alot of LP you are using. Hopefully, Emergency Provisions will be used more than 3 times in order to keep this up.

I'm usually able to gain like...at least 2600+ LP in each of my turns (1-2 Solemn Wishes, 1-2 Spell Absorption, 3 Marie's in the Graveyard, Dancing Fairy(ies) and/or Cure Mermaid and/or Spirit of the Breeze and/or White Magician Pikeru with some stall, lol.

Ok, maybe not ALL at once all the time, but I can usually gain a more-than-suffient amount of LP to keep up Messenger of Peace and Injection Fairy Lily's effect without much difficulty. In fact, with all the LP gaining I have been using and with its success, I've also been using Cyber Stein for some quick beatdown if it happens to not work out after a while (not usually needed, but suddenly springing Cyber Stein and a Cyber End Dragon and/or Cyber Twin Dragon and such is a very fun surprise XD)

What? Spirit of the Breeze is something I didn't think of, along with Last Will and Inferno Reckless Summon, but otherwise, the Solemn Wishes, to me, is probably the most practical idea. Throw in a Des Lacooda and an Outstanding Dog Marron while you're at it, so you're sure to be drawing something.

Yeah, overall, I find the LP Gain Deck to be quite fun, indeed and even using things that cost half my LP like Solemn Judgment are hardly anything at all, especially late game, lol.

But that would be a huge chunk lost if you gain alot of LP and played Solemn Judgment.

And here I was thinking I'd use Skull Mark Lady Bug and Mystic Wok.

I use those 2 as well as Zolga (usually tribute Zolga for Airknight Parshath, which helps with Solemn Wishes if I don't have Messenger on the field) and Mystik Wok helps with getting Marie to the Graveyard (sometimes I do tribute Zolga for it to gain 2000, then 1700 more with Wok just to get it into the Graveyard).

I also keep some things side-decked like Guardian Angel Joan, Cestus of Dagla and such.

Hmm, Injection Fairy Lily, the Anti-Fairy, who takes away from the hard work fairies put into our LP? That sucks. She doesn't seem to deserve her name.

You'd think she'd have an effect to HEAL you given she looks like a nurse and all...

Something like:

When the card is destroyed, the amount of LP payed to use her effect gets added back to your LP.

Then it'd have to be probably the most broken Secret Rare ever.

Oh yeah...she dies after I use her effect like...4 times....I gain back 8000 XD
