Is this card in anyway usuable?

yes it is, stick it in a pure earth deck. maybe something incorporating bounce with cards like guardian sphinx and hane-hane and even destruction cards like man-eater bug.

Umm, I'm assuming it is because the structure is built around using its effect. :ermm:

The Earth/Rock Structure is based around 3 things...

1.) EARTH Flip-Flop

2.) ATK/DEF swapping

3.) Burn

...and it's meant to use all 3 of them (like Great Spirit's effect will do 1000 damage because of Exxod when Flip Summoned, swap the ATK and DEF of a low ATK/high DEF monster, flip it back face-down, then attack with the monster for more damage).

Though, I would have to go with the EARTH Flip-Flop + Burn as the most viable way.

This card can see some tournament play. Heck if you build the deck write this card can be a possible One turn Kill type of deck if you think about it. Not as easy as others but still possible

Even if you had like...3 Exordo/Exxod f/u on your field with 2 other flip-flop monster, the monster's still have to be Flip Summoned and since you can't Flip Summon them in the same turn you Set them, there's almost no way to get it done.
