With the new Majestic Mechs out now people are looking for was to take advantage of these new monsters. I have found it hard to get Ohka or Goryu out and to keep them out on the field. Ohka is good when used with Cyber Dragon. This combo has the potential to take half of your opponents life point in one turn. Goryu on the other hand is harder to use. It takes at least one sac to bring out but it had the abilty to pierce a def monster when it attacks. I can't seem to find a way to use Goryu effectively in a deck besides in a Mech deck. I want to get the realms opinion on these two cards and how I could use Goryu in other decks and take advantage of his effect in full.

In the past two or three days, someone posted in the strategy section about building a deck around ohka and begone Knave. I thought it was such a good combo that I have actually experimented with different decks of this type, and they work extremely well, as long as you focus on defense and additional monster removal.

I personally found the other two mechs to be rather dissapointing. Senku is not worth decking, goryu is too hard to get out. Mech-decks have no flow whatsoever.

Senku I can agree on...but Goryu is definitely not that hard to summon

try using the ohka in a skill drain deck. it negates the mechs destruction effect.

I just use Giant Kozaky most of the time...I usually swap it to the opponent before they kill Skill Drain, so they take 2500 damage for doing so....then I just play another one.
