Side deck the Dust Tornado for a Sakuretsu Armor.

Aside from that, it looks steady(,ready, go! :laugh: ) and stable.

Those changes seem like they would work. And there was a regular rare trap card in power of the duelist that negates the activation of a trap card and returns it to its original position for the cost of 500 LPs. Combined with Mobius, this could be vicious. 9/10

-2 Bottomless too.

With 2 Decrees, the chances of them being dead draws are very likely.

In place of them, try a quickplay spell like Enemy Controller or something.
