Ok here is a question that needs some serious thought.

1-Special summon Chaos Sorcerer or Hourse Lv.8 by their effect.

2-Activate Premature Burrial or Call of the Haunted.

3-Specila summon Chaos Sorcerer or Hourse Lv.8 back from the graveyard after their conditions have been met?

Can this be done?

Use the search in the Rules of Dueling Section...

With Chaos Sorcerer, you can because it merely states "This card can only be Special Summoned by..."

These cards CAN be Special Summoned from the Graveyard/Removed from Play Zone if sent from the field after being properly Special Summoned (unless effects state otherwise).

Horus LV8, no, you CANNOT because it says "This card CANNOT be Special Summoned EXCEPT by..."

These cards cannot be Special Summoned in ANY other way EXCEPT by the method printed on the card. Even if they get sent from the field to the Graveyard or the Removed From Play Zone after being summoned properly, you cannot Special Summon them back because that is not a method printed on the card.

The only exception to this rule is Level Modulation, which ignores summoning conditions, but even that card requires the Nomi LV monster to have been properly Special Summoned (by the effect of the previous LV).
