This deck is mainly Chaos and the last tournament I went to, I forfeited for changing cards in my deck, because I thought the max was two losses but ever since I changed my deck got stronger.

The Reason- You have too many monsters, cut them down to 20(max 21) and add more spells and traps.

Well...he does have a point...you need to side deck the 2 mobius in case you go up aginst a deck too heavy in spell/trap. i know you don't have a lot of cards u need and you need to include that in the post

Ummm, there's only 37 cards listed here. So just add in two more Sakaretsu's and a BTH. Then try dropping Airknight, one Blade Knight, and the Exiled Force for three Smashing Grounds/Fissure/Hammer Shot.

looks much better , in my honest opinion. Normally i would have suggested dropping the Night Assailant, but you have several Flip monsters, so keep it.

It looks much better now. I do have one more fix/suggestion though: - Airknight, + Zaborg. The slot of light tribute monster in Chaos decks has always been one of debate, some like Airknight, some like Zaborg, i like Zaborg(apparently). Other than that, it looks good.
