Player A controls mataza the zapper and its the only card on his field... Player B activates creature swap... due to mataza's effect... is creature swap negated?
Let's say player A has 2 monsters on the field... player A chooses mataza as the monster to get swapped... does player A have to choose the other monster because of Mataza's effect?
Mataza the Zapper
This monster can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, control of this card cannot switch.
Actually in this case creature swap cant even be activated in the first place because you dont have no monster to take in the first place because matazza the zapper clearly states control of this card cant switch so you have no avaiable targets to take..

1.) Creature Swap cannot be activated in the first place because BOTH players require a legal monster to be swapped in order to activate Creature Swap at all.
2.) Player A MUST choose the other monster if they wish to activate Creature Swap (assuming the opponent has a legal monster to swap as well).
However, this is not the same case with monsters unaffected by the effects of Magic Cards. With them, you CAN activate Creature Swap and select them, however, since both monsters are not able to swap, then the effect of Creature Swap disappears.
