There is a clever version of exodia, metagame.com did a year ago called "exodia's bistro." It uses bistro butcher shiens spy and creature swap as the basic strategy (bistro butcher lv4 1800 atk/ each time bistro butcher destroys a monster in battle your opponent draws 2 cards)
once you swap butcher over to your opponent. you ram the attack of the elemental searchers and then cycle the corresponding type searcher into bistro butcher geting essentially deckthinning and pot of greed for the cost of 400 life points each.
something like this, It's capable of some fun wins.
another concept metagame.com did a month ago is a exchange deck.
basicly It uses d.d. designator after you play exchange. The deck is full of monsters that are good with exchange as they potentially benefit you.
mystic tomato, don zaloog, assura priest, tsukuyomi
The spirits once played by the opponent a spirit or self replaceing monster will either return to your hand during the end phase for spirits or go to your graveyard and activate their effects for self replaceing monsters.
It's a cool decktype as well so pop over there for the details.
otherwise you can run shallow grave cards in a gandipants standard deck useing morphing jar #2 and morphing jar.
I've also seen gilasaurus used in monarch decks. It let's you special summon gilasaurus if you also allow your opponent to special summon something from their graveyard.
other than that there is the grave of enkindling from the chaze packs
It would help to know exactly why someone would want to in general...unless it's for those tactics...or something like Secret Barrel or Cyber Blader or something...
Spear Cretain will let you and your challenger special summon monsters from your grave's. Not sure if thats what your lookin for but i've been using them lately and the lock two of them can create is freakin fantastic.
From the way it looks, he wants to be able to give monsters from his own Deck or his own Graveyard to the opponent's field...which, right now, isn't really possible as far as I know...
