As many monsters you have in your hand and as long as you can keep paying the cost, you can summon.

And, assuming they can be Normal Summoned or Set as well.

Ultimate Offering's effect is considered Normal Summon right?

Of course. It just "breaks the rule" of only being allowed 1 Normal Summon or Set per turn.

Dont forget in oder to summon a level 5 or 6 monster you woul still have to pay 500 life points and tribute a monster on your side of the field to summon it.

Same goes with level 7 or higher monsters.

On a side note you would still only pay 500 life points for the double sacrifice of monsters with stars 7 or above.

Of course...since Tribute Summons are still Normal Summons...just, as the name says, require a Tribute(s) to perform the Normal Summon in the first place...only ways around that are if the card would say so otherwise...like The Mausoleum of the Deceased Emperor.
