Can Nightwing Outwit Hulk's Invulnerability if Hulk is standing in hindering terrain?

We've been playing "Yes he could", but someone mentioned that you can't. I need some verification please.

You need a clear line of fire for outwit to work. You're example is a no-no.

His situation is legal. A clear line of fire is one that does not cross blocking terrain. However, you could not outwit someone with stealth if the line of fire crossed hindering terrain (because it would be treated as if it crosses blocking terrain).

Hindering doesn't block LOS and the Hulk doesn't have Stealth so it is definitley legal to do in this case.
