PLASTICITY (optional): This character succeeds on break away rolls on results of 2–6. Opposing characters that have to roll to break away from a character with Plasticity must roll a 6 to break away. If opposing characters with Plasticity are adjacent, they use normal break away rules to break away from each other.
Quote
LEAP/CLIMB (optional): When you give this character a move action, it automatically breaks away and ignores the effects of characters and hindering terrain on movement. This character may end its movement on elevated or outdoor blocking terrain. This character may target a grounded or soaring character with a close combat action, regardless of the target’s elevation.
Note the bolded text. Plasticity alters the required roll to sucessfully breakaway. It does not alter a characters requirement to breakaway.
L/C specifically states that they automatically breakaway(no roll is required), and ignores the effects of characters on movement. Since no roll is required to breakaway, a character with L/C is unaffected by Plasticity.

No.Plasticity means they have to roll a 5 or 6 to breakaway
With all due respect judge, you need to roll a six to get away from plasticity.
Not unless there is a rule change on that too.
With all due respect maybe you should re-read what you thought you knew No breakaway is needed from plasticity if you have LC showing on the dial. You would be correct if LC were outwitted, but thats not the case in this question

I believe he was referring to the statement that you need to roll a 5 or 6 to breakaway from characters with Plasticity. A normal figure that does not have a power that grants an automatic breakaway requires a 6 to breakaway from a character with Plasticity, unless the character attempting to breakaway also has Plasticity.
Ahh..I completely missed that and I apologize lewdew for my comment.Sometimes I should just stay in bed .You're right about the 6,my mistake,no hard feelings.
