Can anyone tell me if a soaring character can carry other characters while they are both inside a building and adjacent to one another? Thanks for help.

If a character is on indoor terrain they cannot soar but can hover and carry a friendly character.

Soaring characters can carry non-flying characters while Soaring but at the end of their Movement they have to be in Hovering mode and drop off the carried character. They can't end their Movement in Soaring while taxi-ing someone.

But if they are by their lonesome they can end their Movement in Soaring. Hence, why OWAW Supes and Amazo are so strong.

Characters can't Soar while using any of the Indoor Maps.

If adjacent to an opponent at the start of your turn the flying character has to Breakaway from an adjacent opponent. Unless the character (yours or your opponent's) character was Soaring at the start of the Turn.
