Hey all,
This came up the other day in a game. A Stealth figure was in hindering terrain. I had an Outwit figure in base contact with it and tried to outwit stealth. When we looked up the new rules it looks as though you might not be able to do this. It states in the Outwit rules that you need a clear line of sight to the target figure. Now I know this is nit picky but you can't draw a line of fire to s Stealth figure in hindering terrain.
We assumed that you could still do it. It make sense that if you could punch someone you could certainly see them. This of course is logic which often times has no place in miniatures games. What does everyone else think?
Thanks,
Mace_Ace

In the new rules, as in the old rules, you cannot Outwit a stealth character that is in hindering terrain. Your first instinct was correct. Even when b2b, you still need to draw LOF to the target.
That situation has come up before here too. None of us play tournament clix so we just house-ruled it. If you can punch it, you can outwit it. No set of rules is perfect, there are always silly little things like this. We just play around it.
