Ok, first off, let me say one thing: I do not spend that much money on cards.
So, when I became interested in Type 1, I needed a deck that would not cost tons to make it work. P9 or P10, whichever you prefer, could and would be left out for now...
So I made a worldgorger deck:

The DCI (grrrr) did the unthinkable. For the THRID TIME, then restriced/banned a card that could possible cripple a deck I just spent a lot of time and money on.
First it was Pandanought, with pandamoniums, black and artifact mana, and phyrexian dreadnoughts, which killed on turn 4 or 5. They eratta'd the dreadnought, ultimately KILLING the deck. (anger #1)
Second was my Academy deck. I lost the most on this one. Tracking down 4 strokes, 4 academys, 4 time spirals, and all the other expensive stuff I needed for both the extended and type 2 versions. Then they ban or restrict almost every card in the deck, making each card valued at a basic rare. (anger #2)
Now they have restricted Entomb in Type 1. This could just be the crippling blow the deck needed to be completly useless. One entomb. There goes my turn one win.
So what do you think? Can the deck operate with just one entomb? Which other non-power cards should I include? Should the entomb be sideboard or maindeck? I need questions answered!
And if this does turn out to make the deck completly useless, I might jus quit magic. Three strikes, I might be out...
I think the deck can operate on one entomb easily.
I agree with the errata on dreadnought and i ESPECIALLY agree with the wave of academy bannings. I do not agree with the recent restriction of entomb and earthcraft.
If they wanted to stop this deck they should have erratted the dragon, making it work only if it comes from your hand. The only problem with this deck is that if it does not win, it draws once it gets going. Otherwise, I dont really find it abusive.
I know that you mentioned that you would have gotten an additionaly two Entombs, but if you were running only two and were satisfied with it, I don't think just one will disappoint you too greatly.
Time will tell, of course, whether it is still a viable deck or not. It's still one of the cheaper ones to make.
I took out all the regular counters- they slowed it down. I added in 2 more cunning wish, and a demonic consultation is in the sideboard.
I also added 2 more red cards to the deck. I am hoping to eventually change all the basic lands winder underground Seas, Volcanic Islands, and Badlands, plus some sac lands for more search.
I'll edit the first post to show the new version of the deck in a few minutes.

PS: all the P9 are proxys for now- i can borrow the real ones if i do a tourny.
I dont think you get how the deck wins. You play no Whispers of the Muse or Stroke of Genius. If you play Animate Dead on the Worldgorger, then it creates an infinate loop.
Play AD
Dragon Removes everything else(AD goes away so you sac the dragon)
Everything returns(Choose a new target for AD, if Dragon then it repeats)
So before all your lands/AD get removed you tap your lands for mana. Then in response to whater resolving you can cast Whispers with buyback a lot and draw all the counters you need then Stroke them for 10,495.
Sorry if I sound like an @SS bnut it didnt seem clear if you knew how the deck plays from the lack of strokes and such.

Sorry Doom, I think that you are the one missing something. Lack of strokes? There is one in the sideboard, with 4 Cunning Wish maindeck to fetch them. If you didn't know, Stroke of Genius is Restricted in Type1. That means that you can only have one per deck/sideboard, so how does mine have a lack of them with one in it?
About the Whispers, I am considering adding one, but after I updated the deck, I'm findling slots for more cards difficult to come by. Suggestions as to what to drop are welcome.
Sorry I didnt notice the SB Stroke. I dont play Type I at all.But I might just because Prosbloom is legal there :). And seeing as this is Type I could you use Braingeyser(?) instead? I feel the whispers are needed. Maybe not four but a couple.
I dont think the deck is dead. It has just been slowed down. Use Buried Alive and ur 1 Entomb and u may not get a turn 1 kill but u can still poll off on turn 2. and if u lucky turn 1.
